Who We Are
Spiritual Domicile is an independent private ministry operating under a registered fictitious name, located at 3551 S Blairstone Rd, Suite 128 PMB 211, Tallahassee, FL 32301.
What We Collect
- Theme preference: stored in your browser's localStorage so the site remembers light/dark/grey. Never transmitted to us.
- Email correspondence: if you write to us, we keep that email for as long as needed to reply and to maintain records of our correspondence.
- Contribution records: if you make a contribution, we retain the date, amount, payment method, and your contact information for as long as required by Florida law (§496.405 F.S.) and IRS recordkeeping rules.
- Server logs: our hosting provider (RackNerd) maintains standard web server logs (IP address, requested URL, user-agent) for operational and security purposes.
What We Do NOT Collect
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketing companies.
- We do not place advertising cookies.
Cookies
Spiritual Domicile uses only a single browser localStorage entry to remember your theme preference. We do not set tracking cookies. Bootstrap CSS is loaded from a CDN; you can disable third-party requests in your browser if you prefer.
Your Rights
You may request, at any time, that we provide a copy of, correct, or delete records we hold about you. Email hello@spiritualdomicile.com. We respond within 30 days under normal circumstances.
Florida Charitable Solicitation Records
Records of contributions and registration information are public under Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, and may be inspected via the FDACS Check-A-Charity portal once our registration is issued.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be posted here and announced on the home page for at least 30 days before taking effect.
